Carol has been married to her "literary muse" husband for 47 years and has four children. She enjoys speaking to moms on keeping your humor, (the key to surviving motherhood) and finding great friendships (the key to feeling connected). Although born on the West Coast, she lived in the Midwest for years and now lives with her literary muse husband in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she diddles around on a mandolin, plays with eleven grand kids.
